Drinking Water Really Does Improve Weight Loss!

A recent study showed that dieters who consumed 16 oz of water 30 minutes prior to each meal had a 44% greater rate of weight loss than a control group of dieters.  Practicle Tips:  1)  At restaurants drink 1 glass of water while waiting to order and a second glass before your meal is served.  2)Drink as much water as possible while preparing your dinner.
