Hold on to Your Youth with Exercise
Stress has been shown to not only increase our risk for heart disease, but also to cause us to age more rapidly. A recent study, however, has shown that as little as 14 minutes a day of vigorous cardiovascular exercise can significantly help reduce this stress-related aging. In fact, research shows that telomeres (parts of DNA involved in aging) remained young and healthy even during stressful conditions when participants enganged in at least 14 minutes of high intesnity exercise per day. So grab your sneakers and exercise to a younger you!
