Creating Your Plan
The physician will create an individualized plan for you, based on the information obtained in the evaluation, labs and history. The use of various medications that may be useful will be discussed. We will then formulate a personalized exercise plan to improve your success. WE will provide nutritional education and behavioral counseling throughout the program, designed to augment your weight loss without hunger.
