Which Foods are Most Important to Buy Organic and Which Ones Can I Buy Conventionally Grown?
Some Fruits and Vegetables have been found to have significantly higher levels of pesticides, when grown conventionally, than others. It may not always be possible to buy organic foods due to the higher cost. So here is a list of the “Dirty Dozen” published by the Environmental Working Group of the foods you really should buy organic. The “Clean 15″ are the fruits and vegetables that are least contaminated when grown conventionally.
